We're seeking someone to join our team as a Third Party Program Management Director to be responsible for supporting the ongoing development, implementation and management of Morgan Stanley's third party risk management program. which specializes in identifying, analyzing, and managing risks presented to a company as a result of working with external parties / vendors.

In the Corporate Services division, we provide solutions that enable Morgan Stanley's workforce, across our global workplace locations, to effectively and efficiently work in the service of our clients. This role will be part of Global Supplier Services in the program transformation office, which is overseeing the development and maturity of the third party risk management framework and program.

What you'll do in the role:

-Support the Product Management function throughout the product development lifecycle
-Maintain an in-depth understanding of the program's requirements, workflow and data structure to effectively inform business requirements, perform user-acceptance testing and establish program reporting
-Facilitate creation of business requirements documentation
-Assist with prioritization of outstanding enhancements
-Support user-acceptance testing of system enhancements
-Prepare weekly and monthly reporting of program metrics and KRIs
-Provide timely delivery of required reporting and responses to Audit, Compliance and regulatory requests related to the Program and the Firm's third party services and outsourcing data
-Assist in developing policies and programs related to third-party risk management, ensuring they reflect best practices and regulatory expectations.
-Maintain relevant procedures and documentation for the Program

What you'll bring to the role:
-At least 5 years in third party management or equivalent experience
-Experience in Global Banking or Financial Services organizations, preferably in roles relating to internal controls and risk management
-Strong attention to detail and strategic approach to identifying and researching issues
-Strong risk management and analytical capabilities along with the ability to translate data analysis into actions and results for Senior Management
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools
-Strong project management skills, including ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams across the globe with varied backgrounds and skills
-Excellent communication skills and proven ability to effectively interact with team members, Business Units, and peers, earning their trust and establishing credibility
-Excellent English writing skills with ability to flex messaging to audience
-Experience in developing and maintaining process and procedural documentation
-Ability to work in a global team environment, building and maintaining a network of contacts and coordinating with a large number of stakeholders
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

Salary range for the position: $75,000 - $120,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
