We are seeking a skilled Reporting Specialist - Resource Planning to join our team in Technology COO Strategy & Governance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for reporting end-to-end business processes and transactions that surround the daily operations of one of the largest banking technology organizations.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Technology Administration Office III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing administrative tasks related to technology infrastructure and services, ensuring smooth operations and support for the organization's technology needs.

What you'll do in the role:
- Learn and contribute to the development of complex project tasks and initiatives.
- Create and manage reports.
- Interact regularly with leadership on a range of topics.
- Act as reference for various internal business partners and stakeholders, to coordinate and track data, collaborate along process timelines, and socialize updates.
- Drive effective governance and controls with divisional management to ensure strategy & guidance.

What you'll bring to the role:
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
- Ability to process several data points, translate into plans, and present summaries to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision.
- Demonstrate good time management, ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
