We're seeking someone to join our team the People Analytics Reporting Specialist will partner with Morgan Stanley human resources and business functions to develop reports and products to inform business and talent strategy.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the HR Workforce Insights & Transformation team, which provides clients with people analytics, data, and insights to enable more informed, strategic decisions on our talent and workforce.

What you'll do in the role:
- Manage and deliver cyclical and time sensitive HR reports for firm leaders and regulatory bodies.
- Partner with BU and HR stakeholders on analytics requirements and data feeds, understanding the nuances of data definitions and business implications, and managing data quality and integrity of varied databases and reports.
- Develop presentations and communications that articulate data- driven insights and templates for analytics and reporting to track key performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvement and simplification to ensure processes are sustainable and scalable.
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in human resources, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Demonstrable skills in Excel or similar data analysis tools and presentation development (PowerPoint) and data narration / storytelling
- Ability to distill data into clear and actionable insights to drive decision- making and present trends to spectrums of audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex processes and priorities and think beyond current business requirements to anticipate future needs.
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
