We're seeking someone to join our team as a Compensation Specialist to ensuring the Firm has competitive and cost-effective compensation policies and practices. This role is responsible for compensation implementation (e.g., salary, annual and long-term incentive), program design, and administration for exempt and non-exempt staff, year-end management, market data, and compensation accruals.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a director level position within the HCM's Rewards & Analytics space is comprised of several teams that identify innovate ways to reward employees and provide key insights and analytics to both business clients and employees.

What you'll do in the role:

The primary functions of the group include, but are not limited to:
  • Compensation expense planning/forecasting, coordinating monthly bonus accrual, and preparation of base salary budgets - all with accompanying analytics
  • Facilitate the year-end salary and bonus processes
  • Preparation of compensation related modelling and analytics to create senior management exhibits and presenting to management teams to make critical business decisions
  • Collaboration with various partners, including Finance, Payroll, Executive
  • Compensation, and Business-specific and firmwide Compensation Teams
  • Market Data Coordination and Vendor Relations

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business
  • At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
  • Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical, concise way
  • Must have ability to manage projects in addition to daily responsibilities, ensuring accurate delivery of product to senior management and external stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Interest in learning new systems and technologies
