What you'll do in the role: #BPPM

• Collaborate with Business Leads, COO's, and Human Capital Management Partners in relation to growth and demand planning, regularly reviewing forecasts, attrition, and business requirements to develop effective recruitment strategies
• Support and partner with the EMEA Experienced Hire Recruitment Lead in managing the RPO relationship to ensure high quality service delivery
• Provide strategic direction to RPO Vendor, ensuring the service is set up to meet business needs through the prioritisation of activity, working together to build impactful solutions and define key priorities.
• Leverage data to build and present regular dashboards and data driven insights to the business, in partnership with regional and Global Talent Acquisition Leadership.
• Drive diverse and inclusive hiring practices, implementing business unit recruiting initiatives to build a strong pipeline of high caliber diverse talent.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Deep understanding of recruitment preferably in an International corporate environment
• Client focused, service oriented, relationship builder
• Strong communicator who can build solid relationships at all levels of the organisation and influence collaborative outcomes.
• Proven ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, enthusiastic and "hands on" approach
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to interpret and make data driven decisions.
