RPO Recruitment Business Partner, Staff

Our Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced and well rounded Recruiter to support the global hiring of our Compliance, Finance & Regulatory teams in Amsterdam. At Adyen we believe in teamwork and we strive for quality. You will directly contribute to the Adyen’s growth by supporting your hiring teams with data driven decisions, speed of execution and our long-term strategy in mind. As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will proactively build pipelines and advise your hiring teams by bringing new ideas, approaches and solutions to the table. As part of the Global HR and Recruitment team you will closely collaborate with other teams within HR and your Recruitment counterparts globally.

This will be a 6 to 12 months assigned in a RPO construction. Starting date would be asap. This role is based out of our Amsterdam office. We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.

What you’ll do:

  • Sourcing: You will make an impact sourcing the best candidates on the market and working on talent acquisition strategies together with Employer Branding. 
  • Candidate Experience: You will be responsible for the candidates’ experience from their first contact with Adyen to the offer management.
  • Business Partnering: You will work closely with the hiring teams to understand their needs and proactively guide them throughout the entire Recruitment process, being the Recruiting expert. Collaborate with HRBP’s to align on people strategy and coach hiring teams in decision making. 
  • Data: Proactively share data insights on market, talent pool and process to ensure data informed decisions and setting expectations.
  • Global collaboration: You will be part of a global recruitment team and support with hiring in different regions depending on the needs

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategies
  • You have experience hiring for niche Staff functions like Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, Audit & Risk 
  • You worked closely with other HR teams (e.g. HR Business Partners, Rewards & HR Operations) and business leaders
  • You have a proven track record in building solid and long lasting relationships with stakeholders
  • You have a wealth of experience in collecting Recruiting data and leading data informed conversations to support and influence hiring decisions
  • You have experience in an international and cross-cultural environment
