WM Analytics & Data (A&D) owns all the management reporting, customer and product behavior insights, and predictive modeling in support of WM, Banking, and Marketing. The WM A&D User Experience Data Collection team drives strategy and execution of platforms that collect quantitative and qualitative data about users experience across wealth management and firmwide digital properties and activities.
The WM A&D User Experience Data Collection team is searching for a Vice President (Product Owner - Digital Data Collection), who will define and execute on the Adobe Analytics (Adobe CJA) enablement and data capture roadmap for WM digital experiences. In this role you will own the Adobe Analytics platform and play a lead role in implementing effective data collection across all web (etrade.com/MS Online) and mobile app (ETRADE/Power E*TRADE iOS and android) experiences. This role will report directly to the Executive Director, User Experience Data Collection.
Responsibilities:
-Design, own, and execute on the measurement strategy and Adobe Analytics (Adobe CJA) product roadmap for WM digital experiences.
-Act as a clickstream data collection SME for analytics teams, consulting on data collection requirements, defining KPIs and create functional tagging specification documents.
-Define the next generation data collection roadmap (Adobe CJA) for WM digital experiences.
-Drive strategic use of WM clickstream with other core personalization, modeling, and analytics platforms.
-Establish strong working relationships with team members across business units and WM functions to support WM strategic initiatives.
-Liaise with Sr. Technology and Business areas to drive prioritization decisions, data requirements, implementation, testing and maintenance.
-Manage the digital data collection backlog, partner with engineering teams to prioritize work, perform UAT and provide signoffs for production deployments.
-Advocate for data integrity, including developing and maintaining data quality scorecards.
-Build and manage the relationship with vendors, ensuring effective utilization of offerings and influencing vendor product roadmap to align with WM business needs.
-Lead, mentor and develop a team of digital data collection specialists.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a data or analytics role, preferably in the clickstream (Adobe Analytics) data collection space.
-Must have experience in leading implementations of one or more web/product analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/Heap). Experience with Adobe CJA enablement is a plus.
-Proven experience in managing clickstream data platforms and leading day-to-day tagging operations.
-Must have experience in defining measurement strategy for digital experiences and translating analytics requirements into data collection solutions (i.e., define deliverables for tech partners)
-Knowledge of data governance standards and privacy regulations (CCPA/CPRA/GDPR).
-Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability/ownership and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
-Familiarity with the workings of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Tag Management Systems (Adobe Launch), Consent Management tools (Evidon/One Trust) and Adtech platforms
-Experience working with a global team.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $185,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
