We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate to join our Investment Management division, we deliver active investment strategies across public and private markets and custom solutions to institutional and individual investors.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo. This is Associate position within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role:
1. Provide functional support around corporate action workflows to include data consumption, processing standards and management of overall corporate action both internal and externally
2. Provide functional support to fixed income portfolio managers, traders, and portfolio administrators for Eaton Vance's portfolio and order management systems (Aladdin).
3. Responsible for cash and position reconciliation in Aladdin for all designated fixed income portfolios
4. Responsible for monitoring trade affirmation and settlement of market transactions.
5. Work with brokers and custodian banks to resolve trade settlement and reconciliation items.
6. Identify and resolve problems related to transactions or investment data in a timely fashion following established guidelines
7. Facilitate the accurate and timely delivery of critical business information among all necessary parties.
8. Provide required operational support to traders, portfolio managers, and marketing teams
9. Initiate the execution of transactions directed to specific brokers as specified in client contracts.
10. Support all components of Aladdin processing (position, cash, corporate actions) for all of the Fixed Income Teams
What you'll bring to the role:
1. Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
2. Five to Seven years of operations and/or related experience
3. Specific knowledge of corporate action is a PLUS
4. Knowledge of fixed income securities a MUST
5. Knowledge of BRS Aladdin a PLUS
6. Knowledge of Omgeo CTM and Alert a plus
7. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with others implementing solutions
9. Knowledge of custodian bank operating standards and interoperability with asset management #LI
