ISG has created an ISG Data Group (IDG) to provide single point of accountability for the full spectrum of data related commercial initiatives. This ranges from the defensive risk reduction aspects of data security (both internal and external), through operational efficiency from improving data quality, to helping enhance revenue through further leveraging our data assets for providing services to our clients.
The Data Integrity Group (DIG) has recently been integrated into the ISG Data Group. DIG is responsible for the accuracy of ISG client reference data, working alongside Sales & Trading front office, Operations and Technology. The group is mostly based in Mumbai. The Head of the Group sits in London, but there is no presence in the US.

Position Description
Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President who will work with the Data Integrity Group to help complete all data quality projects related to client reference data set ups, contacts, client attributes, corporate actions, and client hierarchies.
What will you be doing?
• Work with on boarding teams, Sales & Trading front office, and Operations to ensure our clients' reference data is set up correctly and is kept up to date
• Develop SME knowledge around key data processes and controls
• Work with Technology to develop and implement improvements to systems and processes
• Provide guidance & supervision to other team members.
• Track progress of projects, provide status report stakeholders
What we're looking for:
• 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledge of financial products
• Keen eye for detail
• Project Management - ability to scope, plan, and execute projects.
• Ability to build & maintain credible relationships.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of ,employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
