Based in Melbourne, as an Associate you will be expected to focus on advanced financial modeling and provide all-round transaction support to senior and experienced professionals who will encourage you to go beyond the numbers and think creatively.
Daily responsibilities include managing day-to-day execution for M&A and capital markets transactions; provide guidance to analysts on financial modelling, financial and industry analysis, preparation of external marketing materials and internal reporting documents; quality check and take ownership of work done by analysts.

Qualifications / Skills Required
- A university degree (or equivalent) in Finance or related disciplines with excellent academic results
- At least 3 years of hands-on investment banking experience in deal or transaction support
- Strong analytical and numerical skills (financial modeling)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
- A positive, highly motivated individual who exhibits strong leadership and management qualities
- Strong team player who is able to work effectively in a team environment
