We're seeking someone to join our team as a HR Data Business Analyst to focus on delivering data-oriented deliverables and assist in executing testing frameworks, end to end test strategy etc.
In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the HR Data Management Team to assess the business-driven requirements to integrate Data platform to other internal systems or applications to meet the data requirements for the downstream systems. You will also ensure quality and accuracy of data pushed into the Data Platform.

What you'll do in the role:
• Partner with HR and Technology teams to create functional specifications for ongoing changes in the HR data platform.
• Work with clients/stakeholders to understand data requirements, perform fit gap analysis, and mitigate any blockers/impediments in the data platform transition.
• Collaborate with HR Technology to design/develop the integration solutions between upstream systems and the data platform.
• Partner with Technology and HR testers to help design functional and automation testing strategy.
• Create a clear communication channel with all the users of any new functionality or data sets introduced within the HR data platform.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on data management practices, tools, and procedures.
What you'll bring to the role:
• 5+ years of experience as an HR professional with deep knowledge of HR Data and systems (workday, peoplesoft etc.), data warehousing concepts and data structures
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and proven ability to operate independently.
• Good communication skills and an ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
• Should have worked on system migration/transformation projects and knowledge of end-to-end project management lifecycle.
• Understanding of advanced Microsoft office skills, excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
• Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies.
