We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Employee Client Relationship Management (CRM) Product team within the Human Capital Management (HCM) organization to support the Product Owner in enhancing our innovative solutions that aim to improve employee experiences and assist Business Leaders in making informed talent decisions.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the Employee Client Relationship Management (CRM) Product team. Our Employee CRM product applies Customer Relationship Management principles to treat employees as valued customers, ensuring every interaction is managed seamlessly. By leveraging data-driven insights, we aim to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity through consistent and streamlined communication.

What you'll do in the role:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of product features that align with our strategic vision. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing an effective in-sprint User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and managing the post-production support process to ensure our product meets high-quality standards before it reaches end users and maintains reliability after release.
- User Stories: Assist in transforming use cases, business requirements and acceptance criteria into clear and actionable user stories for agile development.
- Analysis: Support the analysis of current workflows, ways of working and product design to identify opportunities for improvement that align with business objectives
- Backlog Management: Help build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with the PO and Development team.
- Testing: Participate in product testing. Collaborate with the UAT teams to facilitate end user testing.
- Change Management: Assist with release activities to ensure end user readiness including creating and maintaining product documentation and resources.
- Production Monitoring & Support: Provide production support to end users, use data to monitor product stability and identify areas of improvement to drive enhanced user experience.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Exposure to working on enterprise-wide systems is beneficial.
- Some experience or familiarity with agile development practices and an understanding of product backlog management.
- Strong analytical skills with a capability for problem-solving, preferably with some knowledge of business process and data analysis.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management, Human Resources, or experience in Financial Services is a plus.
- Exposure to CRM or service management platforms is advantageous but not required.
