We are seeking an experienced, proactive Regional Support Associate (RSA) for the ETRADE Concierge Team. The Regional Support Associate will partner with ET Concierge Regional Managers to assist Morgan Stanley Financial Advisor's (FA's) with ETRADE service-related needs for dual-clients.

The RSA will work directly with the FA's and the Regional Manager to provide white glove support for clients on a wide range of service issues. The RSA will also support new self-directed clients who are referred by their FA with a white glove onboarding experience and provide connectivity to the Premium Relationship Management teams for ongoing support as appropriate.

The Role requires a self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be a team-player with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with the Regional Management and FA's.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Primary focus will be to help Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors by providing white glove ETRADE support and service to Financial Advisors and their clients, while assisting FAs in identifying opportunities and deepening relationships.
  • Act as a liaison across other departments such as Wealth Management Operations (TOA), Client Risk (PRD), Fraud Operations, Account Service Operations, Tax and Retirement, etc. to make sure that client issues are resolved promptly.
  • The RMA will work with their Regional Lead to help develop an acquisition strategy for the region they cover.
  • Ensure a world class onboarding experience for clients from account opening through funding and ongoing product education until the client is completely comfortable and confident on the E*TRADE platform.
  • Use sound business judgement to deepen relationships and structure client offers to gain wallet share of client's held-away, self-directed brokerage assets.
  • Providing timely and relevant updates on the status of current referrals, pipeline forecasts and constructive feedback on areas of improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of client facing experience as a Relationship Manager, Premier Relationship Manager or Field Relationship Manager
  • Licenses Required:
    • Series 7
    • Series 63 OR 66

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Thorough understanding of equity and option markets. Futures experience a plus
  • Experience with a CRM software is preferred

Soft Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
