We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Services Concierge to join our growing team. As a Services Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming new customers. You will serve as a dedicated UKG representative, guiding our customers through the initial onboarding phases and acting as a liaison during the transfer between Sales and Services teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for new customers during the welcome phase of onboarding, including initiating welcome outreach, sending welcome messages and packages, and a final welcome sendoff before transition to Services.
- Direct customer to content and enablement resources for customers to use for training/education and to help accelerate product adoption.
- Assist Sales, Presales, and Services teams in the Sales-to-Service handoff, including reviewing and consolidating documentation and setting up handoff meetings.
- Lead administrative tasks for internal teams, including coordinating the Project Manager introduction and answering administrative questions from customers.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve the welcome process and overall customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- B2B SaaS experience and familiarity with CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- UKG Sales org experience a plus

The pay range for this position is $62,300 to 89,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
