We're seeking someone to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager for Print & Distribution, and Records Management to oversee service operations and to lead and implement technology solutions that drive efficiency and mitigate operational risks. This role will report to the manager of Print & Distribution, and Records Management in Japan, and closely working with regional and global teams.

In the Corporate Services division, we provide solutions that enable Morgan Stanley's workforce, across our global workplace locations, to effectively and efficiently deliver a variety of complex services to our clients. This is a director level position within Corporate Business Solutions, which is responsible for overseeing the information lifecycle from information discovery to presentation and output, distribution, storage, and retention in the Firm.

What you'll do in the role:
> Be responsible for vendor management operations to ensure services are delivered according to contractual obligations such as SLAs and KPIs, meet business requirements, and represent value for money. Ensure our vendors provide accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reporting including detailed expense and variance analysis and identify opportunities for service improvements and cost control.
> Provide project management support, be directly involved in a number of technology innovation projects and drive adoption and support of Workplace Evolution in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver print and distribution services.
> Maintain relationships with Business Units and internal stakeholders such as Technology, Real Estate, Health & Safety, Corporate Security, Information Security and Risk teams to understand Business needs and develop operational discipline of risk management / risk awareness including Technology risk and Information Security risk, identifying processes and procedures to mitigate such risks and reduce overall risk profile.
> Partner with regional and global colleagues to develop the strategic plan for services in order to ensure services are delivered consistently and adhere to operating standards, policies, and procedures with respect to Technology Asset Management and physical Information Security
> Participate in RFPs, and contract review processes, working with Sourcing and vendors to define the services, including scope, deliverables, SLAs, KPIs and costs.
> Schedule and attend regular meetings with key clients to understand changing business needs, discuss business unit spend, initiatives and proactively solicit service feedback and to support various administrative tasks to include but not limited to allocations and invoice processing, create presentations and documentation and updating department intranet sites.

What you'll bring to the role:
> Flexibility to meet changing demands/requirements with a willingness to learn.
> Effective Communication in both English and Japanese and ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders of all levels and locations explaining complex technical matters in laymans terms.
> Strong execution skills with an attention to detail and excellent time and project management skills with an aptitude and understanding of technology infrastructure and networks.
> A bachelor's degree in relevant fields with solid business acumen and at least five years working experience with Print/Distribution/ Records Management service.
> Experience in customer relationship/vendor and project management.
> Experience in process re-engineering or workflow systems analysis.
