We're seeking someone to join our team as a Content Strategy Lead to define and implementing robust content management strategy for Human Capital Management ( HCM). This role requires a deep understanding of content management best practices, coupled with an innovative approach to drive transformations in a globally distributed organization.

In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Vice President level position within the HR Workforce Insights & Transformation team, which provides clients with people analytics, data, and insights to enable more informed, strategic decisions on our talent and workforce.

What you'll do in the role:
• Develop and implement a long-term content management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and enhances employee engagement and support.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, including product and service owners, to promote and integrate best practices in content management.
• Lead the design and execution of content distribution and publication frameworks to ensure consistent and effective communication.
• Establish and enforce content governance policies to maintain accuracy, relevance, and compliance across all platforms.
• Monitor content management trends and technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of industry developments.
• Manage cross-functional teams and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

What you'll bring to the role:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, Information Management, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in similar role
• Proven track record of leading significant organizational transformations; any experience in driving content management programs
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a product management mindset, capable of envisioning and promoting new solutions.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality employee experiences through effective content strategies.
