We are seeking a dynamic and experienced governance professional to join our Firmwide AI team. As the bridge between technology and business strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the access of our GenAI ventures. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project milestones, and contribute to the growth of innovative AI solutions.

You will:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring ensuring deliverables are met within scope, timeline.
  • Understand product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to support firmwide key initiatives and sponsorships across Morgan Stanley's Firmwide Intranet Site and AI initiatives.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Write clear user stories and lead requirements building and backlog refinement sessions. Continuously work to improve the efficiency of the development process.
  • Partner with stakeholders (across UX design, Analytics, business partners, and technology) to translate business goals into actionable requirements.
  • Manage and track product performance, understand user feedback, and KPIs to inform ongoing product enhancements
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices by conducting competitive analysis and market research to drive digital best-in-class AI solutions.
  • Execute on reporting tasks and prompt engineering

You have:
  • Willingness to learn AI concepts and tools, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a face-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying updated in the latest advancements in AI technologies and training methods.
