The Analytics & Data (A&D) organization is a key growth area within Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management Division, playing a critical role in the execution of the wider Wealth Management strategy. The use of analytics and data will be a key driver in accelerating growth across all client segments, enabling data-driven decision making and delivering the best client experience.

You will:
  • Partner extensively with Business and Technology teams to support Data Modernization program
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to highlight important metrics and showcase achievements
  • Work closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master and other BAs to progress along squad agenda
  • Interface with Business Partners on a regular basis to understand business needs and expectations
  • Utilize proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking to address challenges
  • Create relevant documentation where needed

You have:
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong client & stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Highly motivated with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Management or Economics or IT
  • Detail oriented and ability to handle, prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in interpreting and creating presentations and reports
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of project management tool (Jira)

You might also have:
  • Background in the Financial Services Industry, with an emphasis on wealth management
  • Experience in data modelling and visualization technologies, such as: Dataiku, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView
  • Coding skills: SQL, Python
