The Digital Client Experience and Platforms team within MSWM is responsible for transformational platform strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors, support staff, and our clients. The team is recruiting a strategic thinker who has a passion for uncovering insights from data and executing projects to continuously improve business.
As a Product Owner you will be tasked with supporting our applications, leading the day-to-day business activities including agile ceremonies, requirements gathering and partnering with external business group to onboard new requests.

Primary Responsibilities
> Build and maintain prioritized product backlog - identify, groom, and validate epics and user stories for agile sprints (A strong working knowledge of JIRA is required).
> Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning ceremonies to communicate requirements and drive consensus with squad and program stakeholders.
> Work closely with the technology teams to assure effective communication of requirements and rapid delivery of key product releases.
> Gather and create business requirements/user stories through feedback sessions with our external partners as well as various field and home office partners.
> Liaise with external vendors when required to discuss new platform requirements or resolve issues as they are discovered.
> Identify cross team and platform impacts, dependencies and impediments to progress and ensure actionable next steps are addressed.
> Collaborate with key stakeholders from business, technology, UX, risk, fraud operations, onboarding operations, communications, control partners (Legal, Risk & Compliance) to elicit requirements.
> Collaborate with UI/UX team when needed to develop user flows, wireframes, and visual design artifacts.
> Ensure WM Platforms leadership and stakeholders are engaged to discuss issues impacting project delivery in a timely fashion, supported by relevant information and reporting.
> Ability to communicate updates on project timelines and key milestones to our technology partners, senior leadership team and external business partners.

Coverage for Audit Jobs
• Monday to Friday from 12:00PM to 9:00PM India time with flexibility on standard working hours for time sensitive matters.
• Periodic evening calls with US and EMEA Internal Auditors and auditees.
