The Operations division is both the first line of defense for protecting Morgan Stanley's financial and reputational well-being, and an essential partner contributing to the firm's growth. Facing off to all Morgan Stanley businesses and interacting with all other parts of the Firm, the Operations division supports a complex, multi-faceted portfolio of businesses in full compliance with regulatory guidelines and the directives of the Operating Committee and Board of Directors.
We are seeking a Product Owner to join at Director level within the Change, Analytics & Strategy function, being based in the London office.
What you'll do in the role:
• Ability to define business outcomes, KPI against the business value delivered and communicate progress and escalate issues.

• Strong product owner to build new tooling, build plans for end-of-life (EOL) tools and services and migration plan to new services and product.
• Develop and execute the roadmap and implementation
• Ability to operate independently across the majority of the day-to-day responsibilities
• Ability to develop strong relationships with Business and Technology partners
What you'll bring to the role:
• Experience in delivering CRM product such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
• Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset backed by strong project management skills.
• Goal-oriented, work well in teams and embrace a transformational mindset
• At least 5+ years' of relevant experience to this position
