Department Profile
The Institutional Equity Division (IED) is a global leader in the origination, distribution and trading of equity, equity-linked and equity-derivative securities. We are looking for an experienced sales specialist to join our China Structured Product Sales team in Hong Kong.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide solutions to clients and develop a deep understanding of the derivatives market
- Keep tracking the market movement and industry evolvement, participate in new business and product developing
- Timely follow up on trade queries and other client requests.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Be compliance with our policies.
Qualifications
- Min of 5 years' experience in a similar role with a leading financial institution with extensive product knowledge in Derivatives products and China market.
- Excellent clients relationship building and be able to provide bespoke solutions to clients
- Self-motivated and ability to cooperate with team members across the division
- Excellent communication skills and strong service-focused attitude
- Has attention to details
- Decision Making and judgement skills
- Fluent in Mandarin is necessary for the role
