We're seeking apprentices to join our Human Resources Team for the Apprenticeship Program. This is a 12 months program designed as an opportunity to learn more about the important role that Human Resources plays within the Firm.

In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed

At Morgan Stanley India, we support the Firm's global businesses, with critical presence across Institutional Securities, Wealth Management and Investment management, as well as in the Firm's infrastructure functions of Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk Management, Legal and Corporate & Enterprise Services. What you'll do in the role:

HR Apprenticeship program is for a period of 12 months. As a Human Resources apprentice you will spend your time working on key HR projects and initiatives across the Firm and get exposed to the various HR functions and processes existing in a leading global investment bank. You will own and drive projects like: organizing a cross functional career marketing event, develop a guide for new deployment managers for India Global Center, standardize HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all India entities. Work assignments will be exciting, challenging and with a steep learning curve.

The projects are presented to senior management, alongside getting firsthand experience of working on a project from inception to delivery.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Display strong initiative, thinking and problem solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of basic HR functions.

The apprenticeship will be based out in Mumbai/Bengaluru, India
