- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to achieve our business goals
- Manage resources and budget effectively to meet SEO targets
- Stay updated on the latest developments in SEO and adapt strategies accordingly
- Conduct market, keyword, and competitor research to identify effective SEO strategies for different products
- Propose improvements in website architecture, content, linking, and other areas to enhance SEO rankings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of SEO best practices
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to infuse SEO principles into content creation
- Collaborate with development team to integrate SEO best practices into newly developed code
- Conduct regular SEO progress reports to senior management
- Motivate and mentor team members to enhance their SEO skills and achieve results
Your Experience & Skills
- At least 4 years of experience in SEO for international markets, particularly the US
- At least 2 years experience of working at SaaS company/product
- Extensive experience in SEO for SaaS companies
- Demonstrated track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving SEO performance
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategy
- Deep knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Analytical and data-driven approach to SEO strategy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members and collaborate with cross-departmental personnel
- Proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, etc.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEO
- Proven ability to initiate and lead processes within the department and company
- Working experience with large-scale international sites is a plus
- Proficient in English with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development as they relate to SEO - an advantage
