We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Director, Product Management to spearhead the development and growth of our SEO and website product offerings for SMBs. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product roadmap, leading a talented team, and driving innovation that empowers SMBs to succeed online.
Base Salary: $190,000 - $200,000 annually

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
Develop a comprehensive product strategy for SEO and website solutions tailored to the specific needs of SMBs.
Conduct market research and identify emerging trends in SEO and website technology.
Define product roadmap priorities that align with business goals and customer needs.
Product Management & Development:
Collaborate with the senior product team to lead the transformation of new SEO and website features that generate leads and drive business growth for SMBs.
Ensure products are scalable and easy to support for both SMBs and our internal teams.
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market successfully.
SEO & Website Expertise:
Possess deep knowledge of SEO best practices, website design principles, and user experience (UX) optimization.
Stay current on the latest industry trends and ensure our products constantly evolve to meet search engines' changing needs.
Leadership & Management:
Lead a high-performing senior product management team.
Create a collaborative and innovative work environment that fosters continuous improvement.
Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in building and launching B2B software products.
Previous experience as senior director, product management, or equivalent.
Expertise in SEO best practices and website design principles is a must.
Experience working with SEO and website platforms targeted at SMBs is highly preferred.
Experience building and managing scalable web-based products.
Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by SMBs in the digital marketing landscape.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Data-driven decision-making with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Passion for innovation and a desire to continuously improve products.
Additional Experience:
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable plans.
Track record of success in driving user adoption and engagement.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $119,700 and $247,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
