Momnt is looking for a National Accounts Director to educate and guide prospects through the sales cycle to help them understand the value of Momnt’s payment and lending solutions so they can grow their business.
As the National Accounts Director, you will be selling Momnt’s financial solution services to large Home Improvement Networks, Franchises, and multi-location businesses to help them grow by providing their customers the ability to choose a financial solutions payment plan. Using a consultative and team selling approach, you will dive deep into your accounts and uncover challenges to solve with our solutions. This is an individual contributor sales role covering the US market.

Location: This role is remote from our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters. This position does require travel to merchant sites, trade shows, and events.
As the National Accounts Director, you will:
- Develop pipeline by maintaining a high level of activity/outreach, directly and indirectly, deeply understanding the customer's goals and objectives, and analyzing where Momnt can add value
- Own and drive deal cycles from ideation to prospecting and closing
- Proactively identify new companies, use cases, and prospects through research with the help of our strategy
- Function as a subject matter expert on Momnt’s products to orchestrate seamless execution of lead generation and account cultivation activities.
- Ensure the best customer experience and on-boarding process for new customers, working alongside Momnt’s Marketing and Merchant Relationship Managers
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial contracts in conjunction with legal, finance, and strategy through to execution.
- Lead and participate in Momnt demos with prospective clients, partners, and referral sources.
- Able to present effectively across multiple channels and in-person meetings with internal and external executive teams
- Execute on go-market and business development initiatives tied to the marketing, demand generation, and partner business lead generation
- Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
- Serve as client contact, respond to more difficult client needs and questions to improve the client experience; support clients to maximize loan volume.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and communicate weekly results and performance metrics as they relate to sales pipeline, sales activities, sales cycle time, market share, market penetration, wins and losses, etc. for both individual and team performance.
- Monitor and provide structured feedback on market conditions, regulatory trends, competitive activities, win-loss lessons learned, targeted initiatives for growth, and with key target accounts or channel partners within the territory.
- Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, event attendance, and industry associations.
- Organize and manage deal flow in the CRM (HubSpot). This includes maintaining proper records, activities, and reports/forms for accuracy and historical reference and will require strong attention to detail
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided to achieve operational and financial success of the Employer.
You’d be a good fit if:
- 5+ years of experience selling a complex technology product to enterprise accounts in the Home Improvement Finance industry
- Experience in creating and negotiating contracts is required
- Hypothesis and data-driven thinking – experience successfully leveraging data to drive decision-making
- Proven success in partnering, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally to establish shared passion and goals
- Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and the ability to work in a team environment and independently with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time with close attention to details
