MobilityWorks, serves the disabled community with wheelchair accessible minivans, full-size vans with lifts, as well as commercial fleet vehicles. MobilityWorks is seeking a Client Care Representative. We provide a great work-life balance with regular business hours so you can be home spending time with family or doing what you love most! We believe in our mission and make every effort to live our core values. This position has opportunity of hybrid work, and bonus opportunity ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 monthly.

What you get to accomplish

  • Proficient management of inbound/outbound phone, email, Internet, webform, and social media prospect leads to set sales appointments.
  • Disciplined work methods and consistent productivity in a fast-paced, high volume business development environment. 
  • Courteous and productive management of incoming sales queue calls.
  • Strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and related safety regulations, and all state mandated standards. 
  • Uniform completion of assigned tasks and procedures to assure client accommodation and satisfaction.
  •  Rigid compliance with MW’s Core Values (LOVE IT).
  •  Positive and productive participation in a teamwork environment to support peers, clients, and sales management.
  • Prompt and professional screening/qualifying of sales prospects to create wheelchair accessible van solutions and schedule appointments.
  • Immediate and accurate entry of all prospect lead data into the Salesforce CRM.


 


 


What should you possess?

  •  At least 2-3 years of call center/BDC, inside sales or telemarketing experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with an automotive call center is an advantage. 
  • Strong client service discipline and warm and friendly demeanor. 
  • Proficient with Client Relationship Management software and integrated phone systems. 
  • Proven success completing multi-task follow-up processes to drive client contact and conversions measured by key Performance Indicators.
  • Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High energy with a positive attitude
  • Highly effective communication skills with a compelling phone presence.
