Position Summary

The Associate Data Center Operations Analyst provides technical support to computer operators and account teams, as well as other support groups. They perform functions in both a mainframe and a client server environment, maintain and assist with ongoing technical applications and operations, to ensure the efficient and optimal operation of the Data Center. They are responsible for scheduling software support, workload balancing of scheduled and non-scheduled work within the mainframe and server environment, support of code promotion and reporting products on mainframe and server environments.

Position reports to Manager, Information Technology - IBMi

  • Fully functional and self-directed

  • Perform some operations requirements and provide training for level 1 associates.

  • Participate in technical solutions for clients and operations environments.

  • Troubleshoot simple issues with schedule, code promotion or reporting.
  • Evaluate processes/documentation for enhancement

Required Qualifications

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years experience in IT and with a Job Scheduler.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong written / verbal Communication skills
  • Designing skills
  • Analytical and Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to represent Ensono in a professional manner to clients
  • Job Scheduler product knowledge
  • Knowledge of mainframe (TSO, SDSF, TMS, QuickRef) and server scripts (read & codeMidrange server knowledge)

    • FTP
    • SAS
    • File Aid
    • Microsoft (Visio)
    • Smart automation skills
    • SharePoint

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $41,600 to $56,160 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
