Job Summary
Main responsibility of this role is assisting the Coordinator, Global Events on the management of the MLB Season Ticket Program and Employee Ticket Program. We are seeking someone with a high level of customer service professionalism who can provide superior servicing needs to our internal stakeholders at all levels of management on their ticketing questions and needs. The Global Events Ticketing Representative will manage & distribute inventory and provide administrative support to the Global Events ticketing group as needed for MLB jewel events. Please note this is a hybrid position with on-site training.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service to internal employees regarding all ticket-related questions for business and personal requests.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during ticket fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist with our Employee Ticket Program and the Today’s Tickets program.
- Assist with the fulfillment and distribution using the in-house Requestix ticket system and the Ballpark App.
- Provide administrative support to ticketing initiatives for jewel events operated by the Global Events Department.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one to three years relevant work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Workspace, particularly powerpoint and spreadsheets.
- Professional demeanor, organized and detail oriented.
- Analytical skills, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to exercise sound decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service attitude, comfortable working with all levels of management within the company.
- Experience with ticketing programs such as Archtics, ProVenue, or Ticketmaster are preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours on game days and weekends during the season.
Pay Range: $21- $24 per hour
