We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Credit Risk Business Analyst and Data Analyst (BA/DA) to lead the development and management of one credit risk product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit risk management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of credit risk solutions within the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of the main credit risk management/reporting tool, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, data analytics, and technology, to gather and analyze relevant data and information.
- Evaluate and prioritize product features based on input from stakeholders and market trends to ensure that the most relevant and critical features are developed.
- Ensure that all product features are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Present complex credit risk information in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the audience's level of understanding.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's credit risk framework, policies, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in credit risk management.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of product development, including scheduling, resource allocation, and distribution of materials.
- Continuously improve the processes and tools used for the development and management of credit risk products.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to create dynamic and interactive dashboards and reports that enhance the presentation and analysis of credit risk data.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP,CFA, FRM) is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit risk management, with a focus on product development and management.
- Strong understanding of credit risk principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Experience with SQL/snowflake, powerBI/Tableau data analysis tools and techniques for creating dynamic and interactive dashboards and reports.
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize content based on input from feeder committees and senior management direction.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in credit risk management.
The expected base salary ranges from $160k-$210k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
