Vendor Enablement Lead, Small Business Sales

This role will be focused on developing vendor strategy for the Small Business Sales team. The role is expected to manage a holistic relationship with a wide range of vendors. The role is expected to drive value for Small Business Sales (SBS) through vendor relationships (e.g. managing strategic partnerships, issue management, running the rhythm of business) and extensive cross-functional collaboration. The position will report to the Head of Sales Delivery based in the Region and will work closely with the Vendor Enablement team that is distributed across the globe. Additionally to drive the Vendor Strategy in the Region, this role will work closely with the Tools and Infrastructure team being a SME for some Tools in order to drive efficiency for the Vendors on improving tools. It is expected of the person to know some tools, collect and share feedback and opportunities to improve the tools functionality. The ideal candidate is passionate about Meta, strategic thinker who can drive results, communication skills, customer first, and move fast while keeping focused on multiple high-impact projects.

Vendor Enablement Lead, Small Business Sales Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Vendor Enablement function in the region and be accountable for managing the partnership with our regional vendors with a focus on driving vendor accountability, running the rhythm of business, and managing issues and escalations from the vendor
  • Uplevel existing vendor relationships to ensure alignment on strategic goals
  • Promote process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites.
  • Execute performance scorecards to drive continuous improvements and ensure vendor decisions/strategy aligns with SBS org objectives
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for vendors ensuring a seamless transition and adherence to contractual terms
  • Collect, share and own Tools functionalities and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to process and tools in the Region
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience managing senior level relationships with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendors
  • Experience communicating and presenting insights and recommendations to executive teams
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and aligning partners to shared goals
  • Experience managing internal and external facing projects (sales development/strategy, training, communications, marketing, account management)
  • Operational and project management experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams
  • Experience shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of the vendor landscape and a vendor's operating model and account management practices
  • Spanish is a plus
