This role will be focused on managing risk and security operations for the Small Business Group. The role is expected to work with external vendors and ensure that Meta's security policies are adhered to and risks are identified and mitigated. The role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration as well as vendor management experience. The position will be based in Austin, Texas and report to the Head of Vendor Enablement based out of Dublin, Ireland and will work closely with the Vendor Enablement team that is distributed across the globe.The ideal candidate is passionate about Meta, a strategic thinker who can drive results, good communication skills, customer first, and can move fast while keeping focused on multiple high-impact projects.

Vendor Enablement Lead, Small Business Group Responsibilities:
  • Lead the risk management and security operations work globally and will be accountable for partnering with multiple vendors across the globe with a focus on driving vendor accountability, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing issues and escalations from vendors
  • Build partnerships with internal cross functional teams
  • Lead the establishment of a stronger risk management mindset across the business. This includes establishing risk management frameworks, developing policies and documentation, and training internal teams.
  • Promote process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience managing executive level relationships with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendors
  • Experience dealing with risk management, security operations, business continuity
  • Experience communicating and presenting insights and recommendations to executive teams
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and aligning partners to shared goals
  • Experience managing internal and external facing projects (sales development/strategy, training, communications, marketing, account management)
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • In depth understanding of the vendor landscape and a vendor's operating model and account management practices

$120,000/year to $173,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
