The Sales Strategy Planning & Operations group (SSPO) is looking for an experienced business leader to help driving regional strategy and execution, and to be the local thought partner of the Sales Leadership team. The mission of the SSPO team is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales organization - through strategic planning, driving critical projects in partnership with cross functional teams.You'll contribute to the faster growing sales channel at Meta, driving performance understanding, and working along Sales and cross-functional partners on performance improving projects. This role requires someone who has a skillset to advise on regional strategy, and has natural curiosity to understand a complex business at its smallest details. Also, this role requires being data self-sufficient, with working knowledge of SQL and overall data manipulation. A sample of projects owned by this position are: analytical business reviews that educate regional strategy, program management of regional initiatives, business goal definition, escalation of regional innovation, etc.

Strategic Planning, Analysis & Operations Lead, SSPO Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of the business and be the person who can connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration
- Combine qualitative information with data analytics to make comprehensive recommendations
- Co-develop and implement go-to-market strategies
- Partner closely with Sales and internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, and special projects
- Lead business reviews to drive decision-making and review progress on goals and priorities (e.g. monthly/quarterly business reviews).
- Drive key leadership and cross-functional meetings to facilitate alignment on opportunities and issues to address
- 8+ years of experience in strategy planning and/or business operations in the technology industry, management consulting, messaging space, enterprise SaaS, or relevant industry
- Experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects. Experience solving complex business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and driving projects from strategy to execution
- Leadership and influencing skills - experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful plans in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity
- Results and detail oriented, with commercial/business acumen
- Demonstrated experience with SQL and working knowledge of query creation / edition
- Experience shifting priorities, balancing multiple initiatives at once, and maintaining organization
- Master's or graduate degree
- Consulting background, experience in an advisory role, or relevant strategy/operations team
- Experience developing and overseeing advanced quantitative analysis and deriving actionable insights

$152,000/year to $214,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
