Meta Reality Labs is looking for a highly experienced and talented marketer to lead Retail Partner Enablement Lead in North America focused on our Wearables product. This role is responsible for developing our marketing strategy in North America, growing our hardware sales and managing our investment in this fast moving area of the business. The successful candidate will be passionate about new technology, analytical and ROI driven. He/She will have well developed business acumen and also creative and innovative in their marketing programmes. Additionally, he/she will be a highly effective communicator and collaborator with other teams, (including the Global and Regional Marketing, Sales, Design, and Insights teams) and ready to lead our Wearables retail business through a rapid phase of growth.

Retail Partner Enablement Lead - North America Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and coordination of all third party retail marketing in North America for the wearables category
- Manage retail presence to create best in class consumer shopping experiences
- Develop and manage digital, in store space and staffing plans
- Partner with Sales leadership to hit sales goals
- Cultivate productive working relationships with internal teams, including Global and Regional Product Marketing, Design, Channel, Sales, Comms, and others
- Communicate effectively with leaders, stakeholders and teams throughout the organization, driving transparency, coordination and alignment on marketing plans
- Demonstrate the return of marketing investment for the business in the short- and long-term
- Quarterly planning meetings to evaluate marketing plans and review previous quarter performance
- Track spend and campaign performance of all advertising and optimise
- Experience in selling consumer goods online and experience working with North American retailers
- 8+ years experience in technology based consumer marketing
- Experienced working in a fast paced environment
- Experience with the retail landscape in the North American market and understand the tools to drive retail sales
- Experience leading successful retail marketing programs and go-to-market planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or relevant experience
- Experience managing teams directly

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
