At Meta Reality Labs (RL), we're building novel devices and experiences that make people feel closer. Reality Labs Trust Management is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized, team player to join our program management team. This is a highly operational and strategic program management role in Reality Labs Trust. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary group of teams to ensure we build out a program management arm of RL Trust. You will have program management experience and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Program Manager, Reality Labs Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Program manage and prioritize both strategic and operational work based on urgency and complexity.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identifies important problems across the organization and develops solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with cross-functional partners necessary to drive success, including product, software engineering, central privacy, and legal.
  • Communication: Facilitate meetings, discussions and document project status and key decisions made via internal project management tools. Communicate key deliverables required and progress against them to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize program requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Implement processes and programs that improve product or operational performance.

  • 2+ years of experience with program/project management and/or operations
  • 1+ years working with privacy, integrity, security, or compliance issues
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree

$101,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
