Program Manager, Product Implementation Operations Demand

This role is for an individual contributor to lead optimization efforts on the Product Implementation Operations Demand Planning and Strategy team. This team forecasts, prioritizes, and drives the strategic allocation of Global Operations' budget and human review capacity.We are seeking a resilient self-starter who is eager to learn, collaborative and a proven team leader and influencer. We're targeting an intellectually curious and creative individual who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, a strategic and operational thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. You have a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency and you can set a north star vision while relentlessly iterating over multiple halves to achieve that vision. You will work directly with our cross-functional team (finance, the rest of global operations, engineering, product, etc.) to execute global projects from inception to launch.

Program Manager, Product Implementation Operations Demand Responsibilities:
  • Own large strategic planning programs across product and operations, creating an inclusive team culture that draws strengths from across the team.
  • Oversee coordination and delivery of our monthly demand planning and annual forecast to ensure our budget is having the most impact for the community we serve
  • Facilitate coordination across Global Operations organization, to manage, assess outcomes, and prioritize human review budget investment needs
  • Explore and enable demand optimization efforts to help Meta maximize the RIO of our human review budget, one of the largest annual operating expenditures
  • Cultivate relationships and facilitate collaboration across stakeholder groups to manage, assess outcomes, and prioritize content review needs
  • Design, build, and improve processes, data and systems that contribute to operational excellence and efficient decision making
  • Maintain accountability and ensure XFN teams produce high quality deliverables
  • Communicate effectively, zooming in and out effortlessly based on audience ranging from Operations Specialists to Executive Leadership
  • Be a change agent by understanding organizational dynamics that influence adoption of process changes
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, and/or project management
  • Experience driving highly complex programs across a vast and global XFN landscape
  • Experience evaluating data to understand trends and support decision-making, developing frameworks, and performing complex analyses (Excel, BI Tools, or SQL) to guide program strategy and implementation.
  • Experience managing multiple complex priorities against competing timelines, leading through ambiguity
  • Demonstrated experience managing communications to wide audiences on various mediums (e.g., project plans, presentations, analyses, etc.)
  • Experience bringing ideas to fruition and leading teams towards a common goal
  • Organized, strategic thinker and fast-paced executor: experience bringing clarity to ambiguity with little oversight
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or operations at a high-growth tech company
  • MBA, Masters, or graduate degree
