The Reality Labs Service Planning & Design team at Meta is focused on planning, designing, and improving service experiences for Reality Labs customers. As a Program Manager on this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of new programs and products within our Post-Sales operations organization. You'll lead cross-functional project teams, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and work closely with our Program Portfolio Manager to shape the business rhythm of our organization.In this role, you'll manage service launch planning, driving operational readiness, aligning teams, and tracking progress across multiple work streams. You'll also develop and implement processes to prioritize, manage, and track work across the organization, ensuring seamless execution of new product/service launches. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced and innovative environments, has a passion for delivering world-class service experiences, and brings expertise in project and program management, launch readiness, and effectively working across teams and organizations to deliver impact.

Program Manager Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage launch readiness programs and activities for the Post-Sales Operations Organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure that all necessary preparations are made for a successful launch.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including leaders, product teams, engineers, and other key partners, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and timely communications to stakeholders, including program status updates, risk reports, and launch plans, to keep everyone informed and engaged.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program success, and develop contingency plans as needed, to minimize disruptions to our support operations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes, tools, and templates to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure that best practices are shared and adopted across the organization.
  • Build scalable plans to deal with the most ambiguous situations, assessing resource needs and removing bottlenecks.
  • Support the design, build, and management of the business rhythm of the Post-Sales operations organization
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs and projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and effectively delivering launch readiness programs
  • Experience with risk management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail, with the demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Track record of embracing ambiguity and operating effectively in a fast-changing environment
  • Communication and facilitation skills, with the demonstrated experience leading complex discussions with clarity and confidence
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Project management skills, with experience in building and managing launch processes and frameworks.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills with experience influencing and collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing and delivering programs and projects in a consumer electronics/hardware company
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in a technology company or startup environment

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
