Program Managers forecast work, ensure it is strategically aligned with marketing goals, mitigate issues and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts.

Program Manager Responsibilities:
  • Help prioritize projects with Marketing and Product Leadership based on impact, company objectives and resources
  • Influence and understand marketing creative plans, as it specifically relates to in product experiences, for our family of brands
  • Proactively identify important problems for marketing and/or advertising creative plans
  • Take a broad perspective to problems and identify creative solutions
  • Plan resource needs, and coordinate resources across multiple projects
  • Can foster trusted relationships with creative and production partners
  • Understand cross-functional partnerships and form relationships with Insights/Analytics, Research, and Media leads
  • Manage creative projects to ensure successful delivery of various marketing efforts
  • Able to be the lead point of contact for agencies for marketing work
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6+ years experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing company
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with media, research/planning and analytics disciplines
  • Experience managing marketing projects, including the creative development and alignment with strategy
  • Experience in working on or overseeing campaigns that include TV, digital, print, OOH, social campaigns
  • Experience in setting priorities, problem-solving and multitasking
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8+ years experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing company
  • Experience pursuing emerging technologies
  • Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
