In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing the activities of complex business projects spanning multiple teams and/or organizations. You will partner with the Strategic Carrier Relationship Directors to ensure that our goals and expectations around project timelines and Carrier specific deliverables are met. The Program Manager is also responsible for productive working relationships between Carriers and internal stakeholders and for executing project procedures that support project management standards while ensuring the delivery of the business's goals.
The program manager must manage and provide communication across organizations, including overall project milestones, risk, scope and expectations, project integration, budget, and staffing. Additional responsibilities include data analysis and reporting for quarterly meetings, financial planning, development of standard processes and driving the creation and maintenance of strategic presentations including quarterly Steering Committee meetings with Strategic Carrier Relationship leaders across ADP Business Units and functional areas.
To thrive in this role, you will have proven experience working with benefit carriers, and/or brokers, and/or product development and Information Technology teams across Health & Welfare, Payroll Deduction Products (HSA, FSA), Medical, and/or Absence Management.

You'll use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to approach new situations.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- 8+ years of project/ program management experience and/or continuous improvement experience
- 5+ years' experience in a client service and/ or implementation environment for Insurance Benefits and/or Insurance Product program/ project management.
- Strong business and financial acumen, communication/ presentation skills, and sound business judgment.
- Highly collaborative with a partner mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Proven experience working within complex internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build and grow strong relationships with internal partners across technology, product, implementation, service, and legal.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proven Experience preforming data analysis and reporting
A college degree is preferred, but not required. Bonus Points for these: Preferred Qualifications
- Industry expertise to each client solution and apply best practices through in-depth client consultation
- Maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands taking initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes*
- Process-oriented with a high attention to details
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Smartsheet.
- Experience at a large Insurance Carrier and/or National Benefit Broker
- You have PMP, PgMP, PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, HCS, or other similar certifications from highly recognized professional learning institutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to flex style based on audience and situation.
- Data driven business decisions.
Travel: 10-20% domestic travel

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $71,600.00 - $145,200.00 / Year
