This role will focus on managing and optimizing Oracle Product Hub (PDH) and related modules to ensure data governance, data quality, and seamless system integration.
Product Hub Specialist Responsibilities:
- Designed and configured item masters using Oracle Inventory, Oracle PIM, and Oracle Product Data Quality (PDQ) modules.
- Experienced in MDM data governance policies and processes, data sources, spoke systems, data security, user responsibilities, and roles.
- Provided support to end-users by determining root causes of problems and fixing issues.
- Provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects, assist in defining scope and sizing of work, and anchor Proof of Concept developments.
- Provide solution architecture for business problems, platform integration with third-party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs.
- Provide guidance and support to customers on these initiatives.
- Mentor delivery team members as part of the Business Unit Leadership team.
- Own and drive forward Oracle Master Data Management initiatives, specifically within Product Data Hub and/or Customer Data Hub.
- Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
- Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains.
- Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.
- Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.
- Drive common vision, practices, and capabilities across teams.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
- Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs.

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Oracle MDM.
- 2+ project implementations that utilize the skills (discover, design, implement, and optimize) of Oracle MDM, including Product Data Hub and Customer Hub.
- 3+ years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency.
- Experience with delivery methodology and leading teams in implementing solutions according to design/architecture.
- Experience in project and solution estimation, team structure definition, and demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.
- Experience to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical teams.
- Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Oracle MDM, specifically in Oracle Product Hub (PDH) / PIM, Customer Hub (CDH), and Site Hub, including data governance and quality processes.
- Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.
- Problem-solving skills.

$95,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
