You should be ready to leverage your strategy skills to drive business outcomes, operating proactively and independently to identify new research opportunities and deliver meaningful results. Proactivity, flexibility, collaboration, and a passion for translating complex ideas into simple and compelling messages are a must. This role requires thinking on your feet to problem solve allowing us to execute research quickly and efficiently to inform inbound and outbound work. This researcher must show proven experience managing ambiguity, context switching, and rapidly coming up to speed with new areas and stakeholders. This researcher should be well-versed in B2B and B2C marketing strategies, and market contexts both LATAM and globally.

Marketing Insights Researcher - International Marketing (LATAM) Responsibilities:
- Identify the areas to research and develop the learning agendas (in collaboration with other functions such as UXR, Product Data Science and Marketing Decision Science) to support progress on business goals. Helps define their own scope
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support decision-making, strategic planning and shape marketing/brand strategies, campaign development, product development, retail/channel strategy
- Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations
- producing highly effective communication that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization.
- Research Expertise: 8+ years of research experience. Extensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods, with the skills to apply them in a business context to inform decision-making.
- Marketing Expertise: Proven expertise in shaping insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches from definition to execution, with a focus on shaping strategy, driving alignment, and delivering business outcomes.
- Strategic Leadership: Resolves ambiguity, drives cross-functional alignment. Track record of thriving in dynamic environments.
- Audience Expertise: Understands the nuances and commonalities of marketing to small and large business and consumer audiences in LATAM and beyond
- 10+ years of research experience
- 4+ years of experience with a multi-national company, working across and outside of LATAM markets
- 2+ years of experience with B2B marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue
- Portuguese fluency, with direct experience working on the ground in LATAM

$160,000/year to $219,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
