The Infrastructure Account Team supports the annual multi-billion-dollar growth of Meta's Infrastructure investment globally. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Infra Accounting Manager to support infrastructure supply chain. The ideal candidate will be able to work well with cross functional teams, provide accounting and process guidance for decision making, as well as being able to manage and own the end-to-end operational, close, and reporting processes for the subject areas. You need to recognize how to strike a balance on getting the details right while still moving fast enough to support the rapid business growth.

Infrastructure Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Accounting Point of Contact for new infra strategic initiatives
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes and operationalize any new accounting program to the new strategic programs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross functional in order to understand the broader business objectives, develop processes jointly and provide accounting guidance and best practice recommendations to enable process changes.
- Interpret and apply accounting standards to new and ongoing agreements in order to ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare accounting memos and then communicate and share the accounting conclusions to the cross functional teams.
- Manage some of our key SOX controls as well as providing input for audits performed by business partners, internal auditors and external auditors.
- Implement IT solutions in the subject areas.
- Lead special projects and other duties as assigned.
- 10+ years of accounting experience in a high growth environment, with a focus on supply chain or infrastructure
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical and operational Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience in optimizing or designing new and existing processes
- Experience in system implementation to support fast growing business
- Previous experience working collaborating with colleagues and partners, to drive impact
- Big 4 audit experience and CPA
- Experience with Oracle Financials and Hyperion
