As a key member of our Nordic leadership team, you'll have the chance to drive revenue growth, develop scalable solutions, and build a high-performing team.As the Head of Industry for Nordics, you will lead the go to market strategy for a portfolio of some of the largest multinational retail and auto businesses based out of the region. You will lead and manage a strategically focused/consultative sales team, focused on selling and scaling Meta's advertising and enterprise solutions. You will have achieved success as a leader of change and operational excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems. This role will cultivate and grow relationships with strategic, c-suite clients representing some of the most exciting brands today. As the ideal candidate, you will be a creative thinker and highly collaborative, working cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for clients and their teams. We are looking for a commercially-minded self-starter who has demonstrated success leading through ambiguity, managing high-performing teams and problem-solving with limited oversight. You will have extensive industry knowledge, a deep understanding of the retail or e-commerce vertical, the full media and agency ecosystem, and management experience in a marketing and sales environment.

Head of Industry Nordics Responsibilities:
- Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of business
- Possesses extensive experience as a marketer who has worked in a consultative or general management role and has advised or partnered with large advertisers, preferably within retail / e-Commerce, on developing their go-to-market strategy.
- Lead and coach a high performing team
- Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our client efforts
- Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta to clients for both B2C and B2B marketing at all levels, from practitioners to C-level executives.
- Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the region
- Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognising opportunities for new approaches
- Develop and implement best practices including a good understanding of working with agencies
- 10+ years of experience with digital media
- 10+ years of experience with sales or marketing
- 5+ years of experience as a people manager (or has experience managing project or workstreams with multiple stakeholders)
- Experience building Direct Response and Brand advertising campaigns
- Demonstrated experience using data to craft strategy
- Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
- Knowledge of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
- Communication and presentation experience with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into client value
- Demonstrated Retail / e-Commerce industry experience and business acumen working with global advertisers
- Experience building relationships with top decision makers at clients, brands and agencies at all levels.
