We are seeking an experienced Training and Communications Manager to join our team Global Shop in Shop team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training curriculum, creating training materials, and managing the field communications calendar.
Training and Communications Manager - Global Shop in Shop Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure that all employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on activities
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and catering
- Manage the field communications calendar, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders
- Develop and implement certification programs to recognize employee achievements and promote professional development
- Manage and maintain the wiki and other communications vehicles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

- 5+ years of experience in training and development or a related field
- Experience in creating engaging and interactive training materials
- Effectively work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high attention to detail and ensuring accuracy.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience with project management tools and techniques

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
