We are seeking an experienced Field Sales manager to join our Global Shop in Shop team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders and external 3PLs, developing and implementing labor models, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring effective scheduling and coverage.
Global Shop in Shop, Field Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement labor models to optimize staffing levels and improve operational efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships, including 3PL providers, to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime
- Track sales representative performance and work with agency and vendor partners to address gaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

- 5+ years of experience in labor and staffing management in retail or a related field
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high attention to detail and ensuring accuracy
- Experience with 3rd party labor agencies and staffing models is preferred
- Experience in consumer electronics retail
- Experience with project management tools and techniques

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
