The APAC Facilities Engineering Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of facilities engineering of both traditional office and technical facilities throughout APAC. This role ensures the effective and compliant operation of facilities, balancing engineering best practices, regulatory standards, risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
Facilities Engineering Manager Responsibilities:
- The role is responsible for leading the performance and governance of Integrated Facilities management (IFM) service partners, ensuring alignment with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Efficient service delivery across office and technical spaces.
- A key focus is placed on risk management, governance, compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining operational continuity
- Act as technical SME to manage and lead Capex & Opex projects, including minor works, infrastructure upgrade and mission critical facility enhancements.
- Ownership for Hard Services budget management Capex & Opex
- Lead regional IFM technical programs, ensuring global alignment while addressing APAC-specific operational requirements.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement for the Facilities and Real Estate team leveraging our internal and externals partners in the region.Ownership and management to ensure all spaces are fully operational without disruption to the business
- Lead the facilities engineering risk framework, ensure all maintenance, repair and project activities comply with industry standards.
- Ownership and management of statutory compliance framework
- Ownership and management of utilities ensuring usage, billing and efficient operation are maintained
- Provide subject manager expertise (SME) support to regional teams on engineering operations,technical specifications and infrastructure planning.
- Lead energy and sustainability programs
- Ownership and management of Enterprise Asset Management and CMMS tooling
- Lab support for technical labs MEP services ensuring operational uptime, service delivery including tool install or modification works.

- 8+ years of experience in facilities engineering or related field
- Mechanical / Electrical or Building Services engineering qualified
- Other accredited engineering or technical disciplines
- Demonstrated Industry experience in Engineering Hard Services
- Experience of risk management frameworks
- Demonstrated Knowledge of compliance standards
- Experienced in Facilities Engineering within the commercial & technical environments
- Proficiency in EAM / CMMS systems
- Proficiency in Building Management System design and operational
- Experienced project management skills
- Experienced budget management skills
- Operate in a fast paced environment and think strategically
- Demonstrated knowledge of vendor and governance management
