We're seeking a seasoned experiential marketer to join our Global Experiential + Industry Marketing team, focusing on leading, developing and executing immersive physical and digital brand experiences across consumer and industry events. As Head of Experiential Marketing on the Global Experiences team you will lead a team, strategy and execution supporting Meta's priorities and product launches with a deep understanding of established and emerging technologies. This creative thinker will deliver experiences that break through the noise and showcase our brand, innovative products and their ability to connect people in meaningful ways. A successful candidate will come to the table with established expertise in driving relevant experiences, background working with technology, rooted in strategy and demonstrated managerial skills.

Experiential Marketing Lead, Global Experiences Responsibilities:
  • Own and develop experiential marketing strategies for global events and activations, while delivering against key performance indicators with measurable results
  • Lead and drive highly nuanced cross-functional projects and experiences
  • Strategic and tactical, with the ability to give clear direction, take frank feedback and enjoy the rapid pace of the business
  • Partnerships and relationships with production agencies, creative agencies and industry to bring strategic concepts to life
  • Drive a 360-degree experiential marketing strategies aligning with Meta's goals
  • Work with Decision Science team to define and report measurement metrics
  • Complex problem solving and the ability to align and drive XFN teams against goals and objectives
  • Oversee marketing and events budget while with close collaboration with finance and planning partners
  • Lead long range planning, identify new opportunities, select and manage partners, vendors, contractors and other resources to achieve business objectives while delivering on budget
  • Executive Leadership presence and comfortability interfacing with all levels across communications and presentations
  • Position includes frequent travel
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on experiential marketing and events
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team
  • Experience in fostering cross-functional working relationships in an organization to drive impact and influence change
  • Expertise in developing and producing innovative hybrid, multi-channel experiences
  • A network of close agency, partner, and vendor relationships
  • Direct experience managing B2B and B2C experiential programs
  • Experience in managing a team, setting and executing against a strategy and leading best in class programs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in AI, tech, marketing technology, retail or media industry
  • Experience in brand marketing, experiential marketing, creative technology

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
