This position plays a key role in establishing the world class Reality Labs Executive Briefing Program, designed to deepen and elevate sales partnerships, drive business growth, and deepen trust and confidence in the value of long-term Meta partnerships. This role reports to the Global Head of Executive & Nonprofit Solutions and serves as primary partner to internal cross-functional stakeholders involved in the delivery and execution of briefings in our Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center. The right individual will be a passionate advocate for both our Reality Labs north star - build the world's next computing platform, while growing momentum as the long-term market leader - as well as the product experience of Reality Labs products.

Executive Experiences Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end logistics, coordination, and ongoing management of the Executive Briefing Center.
- Serve as the central point of contact to all internal stakeholders (e.g., Facilities, Security, Culinary, A/V, etc.) involved in delivery and execution of briefings.
- Partner closely with Executive Solutions Leads and sales teams to deliver high-impact, memorable executive experiences in line with broader business goals.
- Own on-the-day and on-site coordination with all internal cross-functional partners.
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory supply.
- Provide on-site support and resolve challenges for Executives and account teams if issues arise during briefings.
- Manage tooling and reporting for the Executive Briefing Program.
- Prepare recurring and routine internal reports as well as disseminate monthly summaries to key stakeholders to showcase how Executive Briefings are influencing business growth.
- Identify post-briefing opportunities and report on the impact of the Executive briefing in line with team objectives and key results.
- Identify opportunities to continually refine and elevate the executive briefing experience by driving regular process improvements.
- Support development and ongoing management of Executive Briefing Program assets and resources to drive internal awareness and external demand.
- Follow "Executive briefing" industry best practices by utilizing systems, processes, and frameworks that increase operational efficiencies.
- 4+ years experience in Events, Executive Engagement, Client Experience or other relevant field.
- Experience managing Executive Briefing program operations end-to-end.
- Superior time-management, self-starter with demonstrated experience problem-solving and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with BriefingSource and Salesforce for briefing management and campaign tracking, reporting, interpreting results.
- Diligent attention to detail in all aspects of the Executive experience.
- Capacity to work cross functionally with internal and external Executive stakeholders.
- Superior interpersonal communication skills.
- Domain knowledge in augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, and/or AI devices.
- Foreign language skills a plus.

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
