Meta is poised to lead this AI shift for people and businesses with opportunities to automate and simplify how businesses can use messaging and significantly reduce costs while simultaneously improving the customer experience and creating business value. We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Director who is knowledgeable and passionate about businesses and messaging ecosystems. This person will manage a team of seasoned PMMs working on our Business AI agents solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B and/or GenAI products, with an understanding of industry competitive landscape, trends, and business models. They will lead a high performing team to develop strategy, key messages, and global launch plans to bring products to market. The leader will aggregate market insights to inform product development and risk mitigation, and will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve how Business AI agents can unlock value for people and businesses. Excellent strategic thinking skills, cross-functional leadership, analytical and communication skills, and comfort with ambiguity are a must.

Director, Business Product Marketing Lead, Business AIs Responsibilities:
  • Manage and scale a high-performing business product marketing team
  • Understand and evangelize for the needs of businesses, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience, shaping product strategies and plans
  • Partner with cross-functional team leaders to develop go-to-market plans globally, including positioning and cross-channel activation, and quarterback launches to support revenue and product adoption goals
  • Drive alignment across product and business teams for the purpose of unifying our vision and goals for our Business AI solutions
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations working across our BusinessAI portfolio and shepherd product strategy and development
  • Independently navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders to influence, align, and drive execution
  • Effectively communicate across the organization and execute on priorities with agility to evolve with business needs
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of professional experience in technology, business strategy, product marketing, product management or marketing experience, with demonstrated experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels
  • 5+ years experience leading teams, including managing managers
  • Experience mentoring and leading a diverse team across geographical regions
  • Experience influencing at a variety of levels in an organization, including with cross-functional leaders
  • Experience driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives
  • Experience synthesizing analysis and communicating concepts
  • Experience working with advertisers or business enterprises
  • Experience launching and driving adoption of new products and services, owning and achieving key performance indicators
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, with experience adapting, spotting issues early, and escalating
  • Experience in Generative AI
  • Balance of creative and analytical thinking, experience putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework

$232,000/year to $296,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
