Client Solutions Manager, Service Industries, Middle East & Africa Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop key accounts
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.).
- Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities within the book of business, opening new revenue lines and expanding existing lines.
- Engage with all levels of an organization, including top executives.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently with a laser focus on impact.
- Educate clients on products, new solutions, and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnerships.
- Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions including media, measurement and creative strategies grounded in achieving measurable business results for our partners.
- Manage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners.
- Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against clients' marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams and manage complex workstreams.
- Flawlessly manage internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities).
- Contribute actively to the regional sales team to achieve overall team goals and development.
- This role demands consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service and commercial acumen, and the capacity to thrive in team-focused environment while delivering against tight deadlines.
- 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years working directly with marketing, data, marketing science, tech, media, and/or consulting companies.
- Demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness in environments with limited resources, efficiently handling a broad spectrum of activities with minimal support and ongoing learning.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with demonstrated experience in resourceful problem-solving or working deadline focused, fast-paced settings.
- Experienced in advanced data analysis, including experience in creating complex models and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Experience in performing as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action, with experience in client relationship management or account management.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple layers within the organization (internally and with external partners). Capable to lead multiple projects with minimal direction while maintaining a high attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and data analysis.
- Communication and presentation skills, that can effectively engage all levels of an organization and external audiences, including leading presentations or workshops.
- Available to travel as needed.
- Experience working directly with/at top-tier agencies (advertising/digital/media) and/or demonstrated industry experience.
- Experience with the Automotive/Mobility and/or Financial Services industry.
- Experience working with government entities.
- Fluent in Arabic preferred
