Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Business Group. The CSM will work on a number of fashion accounts, that operate multi-channel across countries (EMEA and global), offer large growth potential and need extensive support.We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and business development, and a firm belief that the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable outcomes.The CSM will work closely with a Client Partner (CP), Client Solutions Manager (CSM) and Meta cross-functional teams to build and strengthen customer relationships, provide business insights, drive revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach. The ideal candidate has a real passion for Meta, the overall marketing ecosystem, and a proven understanding of both online and traditional media. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, yet strategic individual. We look for an 'enabler' mentality to establish long-term partnerships with clients and their agencies- both in terms of relationships and business outcomes - in a constantly changing environment with high expectations.This position will be reporting into the Group Director Disruptors.

Client Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
- (Co-)Lead and develop key account(s).
- Build and manage relationships within clients and with agency partners (media, marketing partners).
- Work in equal partnerships with the Client Partner(CP) and Client Solutions Manager (CSM), identifying strategic business opportunities and implementing marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our business partners.
- Innovation-based solution perspective, building on client needs.
- Drive product adoption across all Meta platforms.
- Radar for lighthouse innovation opportunities, with focus on projects that unlock new sources of revenue.
- Profiling as external advisor, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships.
- Consulting skills towards clients and agencies in the field of planning, execution, creative, measurement, ongoing reporting and optimization of campaigns.
- Translate business objectives into a marketing strategy (including campaign strategy, proposing campaign structures) and implementing measurement solutions (actionable insights, translate results into recommendations).
- Strategic skills to translate business challenges into opportunities and build short and long-term roadmaps.
- Demonstrated experience in project management (including solid execution), communication and prioritization and internal/external partner management.
- Collaborative by nature, experience in working effectively with cross functional teams and across different levels of management (internally and externally).
- Experience with analyzing datasets delivering upon actionable insights required, advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Demonstrated experience to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in an experienced team.
- Confidence and presence towards decision makers.
- Knowledge of and passion for Technology and Meta mission.
- English speaking.
- Willing to travel (20%).
